tHE CHALLENGE
Create original and strategy-backed brand identity that cut through the market noise. Cake owner, Rosie, wanted to completely differentiate the name, look, feel and experience from what we all know as a ’normal’ salon. In addition, Rosie wanted to create a brand that encompassed her love for fashion, music, and lifestyle. Here to break the moulds and disrupt the industry from a ’normal hair salon’.

Bold brand identity that pushed limits and expectations. Creating an experience that stands out and gave Cake the edge in the market. Followed by signage, mirror stickers, package design, GIF/animation additions that builds brand awareness and elevates Cake as a brand.
tHE PROOF
As a result of the new look and Rosie’s epic skills and commitment, Cake broke through the marketing noise, increasing social media presence, booking out months in advance and becoming the go-to place for hair inspiration, tips, lifestyle content and even business ideas for other hairdressers, and salons.
